Information you provide
When you send a project enquiry, you provide your name, email address, selected service, project description, and confirmation that you have read this policy. You may also provide a company or brand name, existing website, country, required pages or workflow, requested features, content status, desired launch date, budget range, and additional notes.
The contact form records your name, email address, subject, message, and privacy confirmation. Please do not send passwords, private keys, or account access through either form.
Basic website and submission information
A submission may also record its time, the page it came from, the referring page and campaign information included in the URL. Limited technical information may be used temporarily to prevent abuse and repeated submissions. The application does not attach a raw IP address to enquiry, contact, administrator-session or audit records, although hosting providers may keep their own request logs.

Information submitted through the forms may be processed by trusted services used to deliver email notifications, prevent misuse, manage enquiries and operate agreed workflows. Only the information reasonably needed for those purposes is shared.

Optional Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, or Meta Pixel scripts load only if you allow analytics and the relevant service has been configured. No analytics platform is assumed to be active merely because the website supports it. Administrator pages use an essential, secure session cookie after a successful sign-in. It is not used for advertising.
Your choices and rights
You may contact Mahmoud to ask what personal information is held about you, request a correction or ask for deletion where appropriate. Some information may need to be retained for accounting, contractual, security or legal reasons.
