A useful brief without a long discovery form
STEP 02
I review the request, ask only the questions that affect scope, and confirm deliverables, boundaries, price, timing, and what I need from you.
Written scope and fixed estimate
STEP 03
Once the deposit and agreed inputs are ready, I design and develop the project. The first review is a working experience—not a collection of disconnected fragments.
A complete first version you can use and review
STEP 04
You review the full result and send consolidated feedback. I apply the included revision round or rounds within the agreed direction and scope.
An approved final version
STEP 05
After approval and final payment, I complete the agreed production setup and hand over the source code, access details, and documentation.

Changes during the project
If you request work outside the agreed scope—such as additional pages, new features, another integration, or a different content direction—I will explain any change in price or timing and wait for your approval before continuing.
