Please do not interfere with the website, submit malicious content, attempt to access restricted areas, or misuse its forms or connected services.
Estimates and written agreements
Public prices show where each service starts and are not an automatic offer to complete every project at that price. Before paid work begins, you receive a written estimate or agreement covering the final scope, price, payment schedule, deliverables, exclusions, requirements, and agreed delivery timeline.
Delivery periods
The agreed timeline begins after the required deposit, content, assets, information, and access are received. Delays in receiving these items or in receiving feedback may move the delivery date. A first working version is ready for review; it is not necessarily the approved final version.
Business Website package boundaries
The standard Business Website may include up to 5 core pages and up to 10 individual service-detail URLs using one approved reusable service structure. The exact page mix, supplied or approved content, assets, access and the Next.js or WordPress implementation route are confirmed in writing before work begins. Reusable sections are not separate pages. Extra core pages, substantially different service layouts, advanced functions and extensive copywriting may change the price and timing. A standard blog using normal posts, categories and tags may be included when WordPress is the selected implementation. A blog, CMS or custom admin system is not included with custom Next.js unless separately agreed. Custom blog design, migration, content entry, advanced filtering, multilingual content or unusual functionality may change price and timing.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate business and contact information, the agreed content and access, and feedback within the review period. The client should provide one consolidated set of feedback for each revision round.
You are responsible for having permission to use any text, images, branding, data, software access, or other material you provide for the project.
Revisions and scope changes
Included revision rounds apply to the agreed direction and scope. If you request work outside the agreed scope, I will explain any change in price or timing and ask for approval before doing the additional work.
Payments and launch
The payment schedule is confirmed in writing before work begins. Unless we agree otherwise, the standard arrangement is a 50% deposit and the remaining 50% before production launch and handover. Any project-specific cancellation or refund terms will be included in the written project agreement.
Ownership and third-party materials
For a custom Next.js project, you receive the agreed finished source code after final payment. For a WordPress project, you receive website ownership and administrator access. Pre-existing tools, reusable development methods, open-source dependencies, paid plugins, fonts, images, APIs, hosted services, and other third-party products remain subject to their own ownership and licence terms. Third-party costs are separate unless the written estimate says otherwise.
Hosting, maintenance, and availability
Deployment may be included, but hosting-provider fees and other third-party charges are separate. Ongoing maintenance is optional unless Managed Care is included in the written agreement. A website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, a provider failure, a security event, or another event outside reasonable control.
Automation operation and handover
Automation work covers the design, implementation, operation or maintenance of the agreed business workflow. Managed operation includes the documented hosting, monitoring, retention and maintenance scope; it does not provide access to Mahmoud's private n8n environment or other clients' workflows. Usage and fair-use limits apply, and service may be suspended for non-payment or unsafe or abusive use.
A client-owned handover may instead deploy the workflow to an existing, compatible and correctly configured n8n Cloud or self-hosted environment, with agreed setup documentation. Provisioning a new VPS, installing or securing n8n, configuring DNS or TLS, backups and infrastructure monitoring are separately scoped unless the written estimate includes them. You remain responsible for authorised credentials, hosting and provider fees. Ongoing infrastructure maintenance and new workflow functionality are separate unless purchased.
Project-specific terms
Any project-specific cancellation, refund, warranty, or liability terms will be included in the written project agreement before paid work begins. This public page is not the complete contract for every possible project.
Safer communication
Do not submit passwords, private keys, authentication codes, health information, or other highly sensitive material through ordinary contact forms. If a project requires account access, I will provide a safer way to share it. General questions can be sent to hello@launch.mahmoud-fawzy.com.
