It means a complete, working landing page ready for your review. You can experience the page as a whole, then use the included revision round before final approval and launch.
The agreed timeline begins once the deposit is paid and the confirmed content, assets, access, and scope are ready. I confirm that start point before work begins.
Usually: final information about the business and services, existing brand assets, required contact and legal details, useful examples, and timely access to services that need configuration.
Yes. Page structure and basic copy refinement are included. If the project needs research, brand strategy, or all-new long-form copy, I will explain and price that before work begins.
The landing-page package includes one revision round and the standard business website includes two. Please provide one combined set of feedback for each round.
For a custom Next.js project, you receive the agreed source code after final payment. For a WordPress project, you receive full website ownership and administrator access. Paid plugins, licensed fonts, stock assets, external APIs, hosted services, and other third-party products remain subject to their own licences and terms.
Hosting fees are not included. Deployment is included, and I can recommend a suitable provider and set the website up for you. If you choose Managed Care, I will continue managing the hosting setup, updates, backups, and monitoring, but the hosting provider's own charges remain separate.
Yes. Managed Care starts from $100 per month and covers hosting and deployment management, uptime monitoring, SSL and domain checks, scheduled backups, relevant updates, checks of important forms and functions, up to 30 minutes of minor content changes each month, and priority handling for website issues. Hosting and other third-party charges are separate, unused edit time does not accumulate unless agreed, and larger changes receive a separate estimate.
Yes. The Business Website uses one agreed route: custom Next.js or WordPress CMS. WordPress may include a standard blog using normal posts, categories and tags, with administrator access. Custom blog design, migration, advanced filtering, multilingual content, extensive initial content entry or unusual functions can change the estimate. Next.js is often a better fit for a highly tailored interface or custom behaviour, but a blog, CMS or custom admin dashboard is separate scope and I will explain the lack of a CMS when recommending that route.
The standard scope includes up to 5 core pages, such as Home, About, Services, Process and Contact, plus up to 10 individual service-detail URLs using one approved reusable service-page structure. The exact mix is confirmed in writing before work begins. A standard WordPress blog may be included when WordPress is the selected route; a Next.js blog, CMS or custom admin dashboard is separate scope. You supply or approve accurate content, and substantially different layouts, custom blog work, migration, advanced functions or extensive copywriting may affect price and timing.
Yes. Managed operation starts from $29 per month for a Small Automation and $79 per month for a Custom Automation, with documented usage limits, basic monitoring, reasonable execution retention, maintenance and fixes for faults in the agreed workflow. Alternatively, the agreed handover may deploy to an existing compatible and correctly configured n8n Cloud or self-hosted environment. Provisioning a new VPS, installing or securing n8n, DNS, TLS, backups and infrastructure monitoring are separately scoped and priced. Hosting and provider fees remain yours, and ongoing infrastructure maintenance is separate unless purchased.
The package becomes a starting reference. I will outline the larger scope, price, and timeline in writing, or tell you plainly if the project needs a different type of engagement.
Yes. I work remotely across time zones and keep scope, feedback, approvals, and handover details documented clearly.
The standard structure is 50% to begin and 50% before production launch and code handover. The accepted payment method, fees, currency, and exact schedule are confirmed in your written estimate.
Usually, if the process is repeatable and the tools provide the access needed. I first map what starts the process, each step, the possible exceptions, and who should be notified if something fails.
