Managed automation
The delivered workflow runs in infrastructure managed by Mahmoud, with basic monitoring, reasonable execution retention, maintenance and fixes for faults in the agreed workflow. You do not receive access to Mahmoud's private n8n interface or other clients' workflows.
Small Automation operation starts at $29 per month and Custom Automation operation at $79 per month. Usage and fair-use limits are confirmed in writing; third-party platform, API, AI, messaging and email charges are separate.
Client-owned handover
The agreed handover may deploy the workflow to an existing, compatible and correctly configured n8n Cloud or self-hosted environment. You receive the agreed workflow deployment or export plus setup documentation.
Provisioning a new VPS, installing or securing n8n, configuring DNS or TLS, backups, and infrastructure monitoring are separately scoped and priced. Hosting and provider fees remain yours, and ongoing infrastructure maintenance is separate unless purchased. New workflow functionality is also quoted separately, and you remain responsible for valid authorised credentials.
