Before work begins, we confirm the exact mix of up to 5 core pages (such as Home, About, Services, Process and Contact) and up to 10 individual service URLs using one approved service-page structure. You supply or approve accurate service information, content, assets and required access. Reusable sections do not count as separate pages. A substantially different service layout, extra core pages, advanced features, extensive copywriting, or later scope changes may affect the written price and timing. One implementation route is agreed: custom Next.js or WordPress CMS. WordPress may include a standard blog using normal posts, categories and tags with administrator access. A Next.js blog, CMS or custom dashboard is separate scope, and the lack of a CMS will be explained when that route is recommended. Custom blog design, migration, advanced filtering, multilingual content, extensive initial entry or unusual functionality may affect the estimate.
